I purchased this to replace the bridge that came on a DYI kit from Harley Benton for a CST-24 guitar. The chrome plating covers the grooves for the strings right at the exit point so I had to file down the end of the grooves with a diamond file. Also, the threads on the posts were just a bit smaller in diameter than the plugs in the guitar. I fixed this by wrapping them with two wounds of plumber's tape. The new bridge is quite a bit heavier than the one that I replaced, so there are now no dead spots or "wolf notes" on my fretboard. I installed this in conjunction with a new set of Grover 305C tuners and now the guitar stays in tune much better.
