Return Policy

Our goal is your total satisfaction.  If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us and we'll provide you with a free return label.  It's that simple. 

Our return policy is in place to make sure you get what you need. We may, at our discretion, limit or suspend the ability return products for customers who misuse our return policy through excessive returns.

We cannot provide free returns for international items.  We will work with the customer to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Contact us and we'll get a pre-paid return label which you can print out.  You can also call Customer Service at 209-743-2374 to talk with us and we'll arrange that label for you. 

Directions for Return

• Attach the label on the outside of the return packaging of your choice.
• Hand off your return to your local USPS postal carrier.
• The return will be processed within one to two business days once it has reached us. Depending on your method of payment, your refund may take from 48 hours up to several days to process.
